Privacy policy

Last updated: 7 November 2026

This policy explains what personal data Studio QNT processes through studioqnt.nl, why, and what rights you have.

Who is responsible

Studio QNT is a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) of Quint Ibrahim, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, reachable at hello@studioqnt.nl.

Studio QNT's Chamber of Commerce (KVK) registration is pending and expected to be completed on 13 November 2026. The full company details (KVK number, registered address and VAT number) will be added here once registration is complete.

What data is processed

If you fill in the contact form on this site, I process the data you enter yourself:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • The content of your message

If you receive a quote from Studio QNT and sign it online, I also process:

  • Company name, contact person, address and email address as stated in the quote
  • The name you enter when signing and your drawn signature (as an image)
  • The time of signing and the IP address you sign from
  • When the quote was sent and opened (and how often)
  • If you fill in an intake form: your answers (for example about your business, your wishes and your contact details)
  • On your project page: messages you post and files you upload (such as logo, copy and photos)
  • For invoices: the customer and invoice details that are legally required on an invoice

Beyond the contact form and the client portal (quotes, intake, project page and invoices), this site does not collect any personal data. No tracking or advertising cookies are set.

Website statistics

To understand how the site is used, I use Umami: a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool. Umami measures anonymised data such as pages visited, referring website, country, browser and device type, and button clicks. No IP addresses are stored and visitors are not tracked across websites, so the data cannot be traced back to you as a person. The data is processed by Umami under their own privacy policy.

Why and on what basis

This data is used solely to respond to your contact request and, if that leads to a project, to discuss and carry it out. The legal basis is your own consent when submitting the form and, once a project follows, performance of that agreement.

Data in the quote portal is used to prepare and send the quote and to conclude and perform the agreement (legal basis: performance of a contract, or steps towards one at your request). The time and IP address at signing are recorded as evidence of who agreed and when (legal basis: legitimate interest, namely being able to prove the agreement was validly concluded). Intake answers are used to prepare a suitable proposal (steps towards a contract at your request); messages and files on the project page to carry out the assignment; invoice details because the law requires them (legal obligation).

Whether and when you open a quote is used to follow up at a convenient moment. If you have not signed a quote yet, I send at most two reminders; one week after your website goes live I send you one email about maintenance. The legal basis is legitimate interest (following up on an open quote and an existing client relationship). If you would rather not receive these, just reply to one of these emails and I will stop.

Websites I maintain are automatically checked for availability every hour. No personal data of visitors is collected in the process.

Who processes the data

The contact form is submitted via Web3Forms, a third party that receives the message and forwards it to me by email. Web3Forms processes the data you enter according to their own privacy policy.

The quote portal runs on Cloudflare (hosting and storage of quotes, intakes, invoices and project files). Quote emails are sent via Resend. Both process the data only to provide this service. I do not share your data with anyone else.

How long data is kept

Messages received through the form are kept no longer than needed to answer your question, and for an ongoing or completed project, for as long as is reasonable for the collaboration and legally required for bookkeeping.

Signed quotes are part of my business records and are therefore kept for seven years (the Dutch statutory retention period). Quotes that are not signed are deleted no later than two years after their expiry date. Invoices are kept for seven years after the invoice date. Intake answers that do not lead to an assignment are deleted after one year. Messages and files on a project page are deleted together with the related quote.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to object to its processing. Contact me at hello@studioqnt.nl or via the contact form on this site. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes

This policy will be updated once the KVK registration is complete, and may change more often after that. The date above always reflects the most recent version.
